Upon receipt of your orders, they are promptly processed. Customers are eligible for a refund if the request is made 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date and time. For next-day delivery orders, a refund will only be granted if the request is received before our 3:00 pm cut-off time on the day the order is placed.

Customers bear the responsibility of providing accurate delivery address information. We cannot be held accountable for items left unattended or if there is no access to the delivery building. In such cases, your order will be returned to our bakery. A second delivery attempt will only be made upon arrangement for an additional delivery fee payment.

Please note that we cannot issue refunds on cakes. However, we assure that all our products will be delivered on the scheduled date in perfect condition. Any discrepancies must be reported in writing within 24 hours.

Return Policy

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges on delivered items unless the item is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at [email protected] with the details of the product (an image would be helpful), your Sales Order ID number from your order confirmation email, and the defect. This must be received 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date and time.

If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment.
